Hello, I'm Rob Gaines

Founder & CEO

I started my real estate journey in 2017 with a clear vision to lead and innovate within the industry. Under my leadership, my team grew from a small group of five to 18, including agents and support staff. This growth was reflected in our income (GCI), which rose from under $400k to $1.2 million, and we also doubled our unit count.


My journey has been about more than just expanding the team—I've also diversified into ancillary businesses, which has helped position me both within the community and on a national level. By focusing on systems rather than just hard work, I’ve built a property management company, a successful flipping business, and developed short-term rental syndications that now involve nearly every member of my team.


My investment portfolio currently includes 10 short and mid-term rentals, 14 long-term rentals, and 22 completed flips, along with a variety of other ventures that reflect my comprehensive approach to real estate investment. In 2023, my businesses outperformed the local market by 25%, and our flipping business alone is on track to net over $1 million in the coming year.

Hello, I'm Nate Tucker

Sales Associate

I was born and raised in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. After attending Ole Miss for managerial finance, I moved to Orange County, California, where I began my career in commercial real estate. I built relationships within the community, helping companies with their office and warehouse space needs.


After spending three years in Orange County, my better half, Caroline, and I moved back to Louisville, Kentucky, where we’re raising our daughter, Collins. I’m a fan of live music, stand-up comedy, and you can always find me cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.

His Team went above and beyond to help me sell my home as quickly as possible while still looking out for me. I moved before selling my home.
